Vault environment-file guide

Added Environment files in Vault for the SSH host setup work under #247. The guide uses dreamlake/envs/dev-env and dreamlake/envs/prod-env, exact-string stdin upload, revision-checked replacement, and exclusive owner-only local restoration.

CLI 0.23.0 help and the Vault formatter confirm the command surface and raw string retrieval. No real environment files were read or uploaded. Whole-file storage does not imply remote environment delivery. Docs build and publication verification are recorded in the pull request.
