2026-09-14 — shared profile layout and sliding controls

Follow-up UI264 reuses Notes' action-row layout, shared GhostButton, UIKit FilterBar and the same sliding Tabs segment variant used elsewhere. Removes the Tasks-only title/hero and custom toggle CSS; moves the deleted-items checkbox into the action row so the shared search/view row fits narrow pages. Task operations are unchanged.

Nine focused tests, TypeScript and production build passed. Staging browser checks verified sliding selection and a 390px toolbar without horizontal overflow. Staging UI source 757a9ee; production UI source 143f781 preserves the latest Notes changes. Both UI builds are published; production project loading and sliding selection passed browser verification. At this check, staging's Tasks API returned route-not-found; this UI patch does not change that backend. Production project reads remained available.

2026-09-14 — deployed Tasks and UI redesign

Tasks are deployed on staging and production. Production backend de5ca51 (ECS task112) and UI a646492 preserve each environment's unrelated changes, including the latest Notes styling. Task indexes were installed additively and verified before route enablement. Existing Note schema and content are unchanged.

The requested UI subagent redesigned the toolbar, folder rows, progress display, waterfall and task detail panel, fixed light/dark contrast, collapsed secondary forms and corrected Note link request envelopes. Browser checks covered desktop, 804px content and 390px mobile; production folder/detail data readback passed.

Validation: 15 real HTTP/auth/Mongo backend tests; 989 CLI tests; complete UI component/end-to-end/type/build gates; native artifact readback for all eight platforms; fresh npm CLI0.19.0 task help. Hosted staging/production checks passed ordered subtasks, fractional/discrete progress, replay and revision conflicts, rename/move, lifecycle, soft delete/restore and Note link/unlink without changing Note bodies. Synthetic tasks and Notes were soft-deleted after verification; history remains accessible with includeDeleted=true.

Deferred extensions: chat/session links, automatic Markdown reconciliation, typed execution adapters and authenticated human review/acceptance evidence. Agent success, end and done never set acceptance timestamps. No historical Vault checklists or unrelated records were migrated; human acceptance is not asserted.
