UI PR #308 is a draft. Under master #247, the Notes editor can extract ordered, bullet and checklist items into private Notes. It retains the source marker/check state and stores only #note:<full-id>. Badges show short IDs and resolved titles, with editable adjacent prose. Clicking opens a full-height right panel using normal note permissions and collaboration.

New content is written with an ETag and read back before source replacement. Concurrent source edits preserve both versions. Uncertain create failures do not auto-retry. Parent undo leaves the child intact.

All 87 focused Notes/Markdown tests, TypeScript, the UI production build and the docs build passed. Two existing parser-preview tests initially failed under a heavily parallel run; both passed individually and the whole focused suite passed with two workers. The localhost preview uses the production API; production frontend deployment is not claimed. Browser and release acceptance are tracked separately.
